hey! my name is nickspat!

i'm an artist, producer, mixer and multi instrumentalist based in New York! outside of releasing music under my solo project "nickspat" i produce, mix and write songs for and with other artists. throughout my career as a music creator i've gained over half a million credited streams with artists all over the world from New York to L.A. to Vancouver to Albania, both independent and signed! i've also made music for high profile ad campaigns with companies like Budweiser, Stella Artois, Oreo, Kysse and Kroger.

as well as being a music creator i also co-own an independent record label and publishing company called Sunday Dinner Music Group! with Sunday Dinner we've garnished a vibrant community of creatives where we focus on collaboration, artist development and sync licensing. i also run a podcast with Sunday Dinner called "At The Dinner Table" where we talk about our experiences in the music industry and feature our favorite up and coming indie artists as guests.

i was always surrounded by music growing up. my dad is a drummer and when i was younger he would always take me to shows and rehearsals where i would get to hangout with some incredible musicians. he got me my first guitar when i was 7 and i haven't looked back since. i spent all of middle school and high school playing diy rock shows with my friends. when i was i kid i thought i was going to play guitar for my whole life but then i discovered songwriting and decided to pursue that instead. guitar will still always be my first love, it's where most of my ideas start on and it's where i feel most at home. from 2019-2023 i attended and graduated SUNY Purchase with a degree in "Studio Composition". At Purchase i met so many life long friends and collaborators and studied under amazing mentors!

i now spend my time at my home studio in the suburbs of nyc making records that i love!
